REMOTECare365 was born from a deeply personal realization: high-quality care doesn’t end in the clinic—but too often, patient engagement does. Our founder, a U.S. Army Veteran and physical therapy patient, experienced firsthand the lack of continuity and accountability in traditional rehab care. That experience became the foundation for a mission-driven solution: to extend the reach of care beyond the clinic walls and into the real lives of the patients we serve.
We launched REMOTECare365 to bridge the gaps in care beyond the clinic—empowering providers with connected health solutions that elevate outcomes and streamline operations. A Personal Message from Our Founder
My journey into remote patient care didn’t begin in the tech space—it began as a patient. As a U.S. Army Veteran, I’ve undergone physical therapy both in local clinics and through my VA healthcare facility. After each session, I was handed a sheet of stretches and exercises to complete at home. And like so many patients, when asked at my next visit if I’d done them, my answer was always “yes”—even when that wasn’t entirely true. It wasn’t because I didn’t care. It was because there was no accountability, no real-time support, and no continuity between visits.
I quickly realized that while in-clinic care was strong, what happened between appointments was often overlooked—and that gap was limiting recovery. That’s what sparked the creation of Remote Healthcare Consultants and the launch of REMOTECare365.
At REMOTECare365, we’re tackling the very challenge I once faced firsthand—the gap in connected, accountable care once patients leave the clinic. Today, we give providers the power to stay engaged and patients the tools to succeed: real-time adherence tracking, customized home exercise programs, and personalized care at every stage of the journey. For us, remote care isn’t just a model—it’s our mission. And for me, it’s deeply personal.
